Well 90 to 95 percent of us would be. The other 5-10 percent would be afraid to have their wealth redistributed, and would do anything they could to not let it happen. Kind of like what they do now.

Yep, that would ideal. Having to govern a vast population without leaders seems difficult. You could evoke some sort of democratic communism but that creates weak chains where corruption can take hold like in our current situation.
