Is it possible I've never seen Michael Dorn without the Klingon makeup?
There's an episode of DS9 where none of the characters wear makeup. Related to Sisko's struggle to find and open the Orb of the Emissary.
He was also Duke Atreides in the game Emperor: Battle for Dune.
