Isn't it more like $20 or whatever the difference is between the regular version and this special edition? Still kind of dumb, but at least it is a bit more reasonable.

People say it in person a lot. Another factor might be that some people view it coming across as either non genuine or passive aggressive in written form.

This is likely a class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

Calgarians are being encouraged to take transit to visit the island and to help everyone get home safely from NYE celebrations. The CTrains will be running on extended hours until 4 a.m. on Jan. 1, and major bus lines will be running until 3 a.m.

Watched a few minutes of it and basically it's just game trailers. It's an industry award show, there's not much to say about it.

Now only diesel fumes and malt will be smelled in Ramsay

This area desperately needs redevelopment. It's such a waste of prime real estate right now.

Imagine lugging around 2 kg of soda

Anybody miss Lloyd's?

Probably a good thing. Seems like more and more parents are choosing to drive their kids to school and the chaos results in a lot of impatience.

Looking forward to visiting the new museum. They're going to open up the whole space to the public and only have 1 permanent exhibition.

A bear warning is in place for the West Bragg Creek Provincial Recreation Area after "a surprise encounter with a grizzly bear that resulted in a bluff charge."

This is in addition to a full closure of a section of nearby Moose Mountain, where a black bear had been seen feeding on a carcass in late September.

The issue with these illegal drugs in Canada is that there's synthetic opioids in almost all the drugs. With cocaine it's potentially deadly since it inhibits naloxone. I'm definitely pro decriminalization. People are going to do these drugs, let's make them safer.

Money, money, money

Basically yeah, it's hard to get to the table because it's a massive commitment. Also the rules are pretty crazy, you really need to have several people know the rules otherwise you'll probably be missing things. It was definitely a cool experience though, just one that's hard to get to the table since I either play with my family (who would never play a game this heavy) or friends who are typically busy with kids so we need to keep games under 2 hours.

The most complex game I've ever played was the original Android game from FFG. That game is some kind of crazy fever dream. It's a cyberpunk mystery inspired by Blade Runner. It has 8 different playable characters, each with their own unique rules. I only managed to get it to the table once and we weren't even able to finish it. It was definitely a very unique and interesting board game experience.

At first I was wondering why you were using your feet, then I saw all your videos had you using your feet. Awesome work, keep it up!

This seems like an art installation. Can't book this "hotel"

Anybody play any of these games?

I think this is a limitation of Lemmy. There is no one single Lemmy. Each instance talks to a set of other instances and has their own block list. Things you can find on one instance might not available on another one
