I don't really get the side couples in this series. First, there was the pair that hooked up, she said it was just a one time thing, and then was sad last chapter when he didn't show up to her room. Then, this chapter, the pair started dating basically as a dare, and then proceed to have a painfully awkward date. Like, are we supposed to be invested in these other couples or not?

In any case, at least our main couple is in a good place again, so the confusion around these other couples aren't that annoying.

Yeah...that is the actual English title. It doesn't quite roll off the tongue like Campfire Cooking in Another World.

"This isn't going to work until the whole world becomes a better place."

Man, this line truly encapsulates my feelings trying to talk reason with a certain segment of my country's (USA) population in recent years. It was especially bad during the pandemic when so many people were trying to tell me how mRNA vaccines are evil when I have years of experience working on them professionally prior to the pandemic. Eventually, I couldn't deal with it anymore and left my social media profiles behind me and just switched to full lurker mode. That was, until lemmy anyways...

One of the really interesting pieces of this arc in the show is that we are actually seeing quite a bit more of the Tokyo Blade play than we did in the manga. Up until these past couple episodes, I hadn't realized just how extremely generic of a battle shounen Tokyo Blade is. This is basically just a rehash of a sequence of battles that we have seen tons of places before (saving Sasuke in Naruto, confronting Shishio in Rurouni Kenshin, etc.). So, the way the actual play has unfolded is, to a large degree, anime original. Abiko-sensei should really step up the originality in her next work...

These batch releases mess up the bot since AniList only lists the first episode in its api. If you want episode threads for specific episodes, let me know and I can create them manually.

I plan and cook a week's worth of dinners at one time each week. I couldn't even imagine trying to do that for a 50-day mealplan. No thank you. Also, I really like chibi Jiun:

Thanks!

Often, at the beginning of a show's run, the metadata listed in the AniList api (where the bot pulls info from) is incomplete or placeholder info. It should get fixed as subsequent episodes air. The bot will come back and edit this post with any updated/changed info each time a new episode airs.

Not sure what Alvin expected. Her "healing" in the past has involved tremendously powerful bare-handed attacks. There was only one outcome.

On another note, Charlotte is great. I feel like Alvin's character has been slowly pulled into the pit of crazy with Karla, so we need someone new to be the straightman.

I really liked this little arc with the rival. It also caused Misaki to question their fate and how predetermined is it in actuality. Great job rival!

Gigguk's seasonal Nutshell video just came out. I always enjoy these each season. It's a bit of a shame he doesn't talk about returning shows because the past couple episodes of Oshi no Ko have been absolutely phenomenal.

Just caught up from a couple chapters behind and I actually like this Ide/Urano story. I haven't felt like it has become so much as to overpower the main characters yet, which happens all too often in these romcoms that never actually see any progress.

Speaking of progress, this trip did see a little bit when Miyahara got a his heart to skip a beat. Maybe our MC might be recognizing some feelings?

It has to be so confusing for everybody else at school to keep track of this situation. He is publicly hugging both girls, they see/hear him in the stairwell, and now there is a new girl that is a model? This story just might end when the Professor just slaughters all of them.

After one misguided adventure, Bell quickly discovers that anything can happen in the labyrinth--even chance encounters with beautiful women. The only problem? He's the one who winds up the damsel in distress!
