Hot Ones. The show with hot questions, and even hotter wings.

My assumption was also that they meant Core2Duo, or "2M cache"

Thanks, now I have an even bigger crush on her.

I myself cannot condone this, but I refuse to downvote it as well.

On the contrary, I like gentlemangirls.

I support this.

Yes, precisely.

I went down a reading rabbit hole with the recent Meshtastic posts, and decided to pick up 2 LILYGO T-Echo units to fuss around with. One for home base and one will go in my car kit, and out on the trails.

Very excited for them to arrive!

I am working on a project that archives 80s and 90s tech documentaries and TV segments. The goal is to archive them to multiple platforms, to attempt to better ensure they don't become lost media.

Many of these videos don't have their original closed-captioning retained, so the only option is the generated subtitles.

I want my archives to be as accessible as possible. So my question is, are the YT auto-generated subtitles useful for those with limited hearing? Or maybe the question is, are they better than nothing?

He was a monster. But we must not forget him, lest we allow new monsters to grow and gain power.

I recently created a handful of scripts for polybar, to add some missing functionality that I wanted.

  • VPN status
  • dual battery info
  • connected bluetooth devices
  • available package updates

Thought I might share, in case anyone finds them useful or wants to modify them for other use cases.

Cheers!
