Makes as much sense as installing a smoke detector in your house then using your bbq indoors and acting surprised when you hear the alarm.

Meditate without moving for 2 hours took a lot of effort to work up to. Couldn’t do 5 minutes when I started.
If you’re the former you can and should also be in support of the latter.
