Last time Lebanon and Israel were at war Israel lost. Hezbollah is better armed and trained now, and Israel is more isolated than ever. Israel is bombing civilian areas now, using terrorism because they cannot effectively stop Hezbollah rockets from hitting targets in 'Israel'. People of Lebanon support Hezbollah and actions against Israel, they aren't being held hostage.

They have attacked the IDF many times and secured numerous casualities, just recently they struck an IDF intelligence unit with drones killing dozens, resulting in the commander's resignation.

This attack is a warcrime based on treaties that Israel has itself signed to, and has been recognized as such for decades.

What are you on about? As a mainliner hexer we would be happy to see Trump not living, just look at the response when he was shot or got covid.

The 'most progressive party'?? By what measure? Because they aren't as openly fascist as the Republicans? Kamala has sworn to appoint at least one Republican, to be tough on crime, increase the strength of the military, be as or more anti-immigration than Trump, has shown no interest in healthcare reform, and refused to even consider ceasing the arming of genocidaires. What does it mean to be progressive to you?

It's not whataboutism, it's good to look at the history and motivations of anyone making claims like election fraud. US officials are saying it's fake, the US has a long history of South American political interference, especially if there is even a hint of socialism.

It could have been an opportunity like they had renovations in the building, an agent disguised as a worker planted it inside the wall or something. Or like a plot on a Sopranos episode, feds snuck into Tony's house and swapped a lamp with an exact replica with a listening device inside. Definite security failure for a secure compound though.

She said her mom would say it, the full quote is:

My mother used to—she would give us a hard time sometimes, and she would say to us, "I don't know what's wrong with you young people. You think you just fell out of a coconut tree?" (Laughs.) You exist in the context of all in which you live and what came before you.

I love that this is on the official White House record: Remarks by Vice President Harris at Swearing-In Ceremony of Commissioners for the White House Initiative on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics

Netenyahu himself defended the actions of the imprisoned soldiers, saying anything can be done to detainees without restrictions because they are "terrorists".

You can’t trust the FBI and US officials

This is true though, but I don't see any reason they would lie about this

“Every single signatory to this letter treated children in Gaza who suffered violence that must have been deliberately directed at them. Specifically, every one of us on a daily basis treated pre-teen children who were shot in the head.”

Didn't you know, it's actually the people critical of a corrupted system that are to blame for said system's utter failures
