You could do a manual push mower! I’ve been looking to get one, I hear they’re much better for your lawn health and certainly help with getting a workout of it.

That may just be because the FTC has rules for when you can call, and it may have 9 AM because of where you live.

FWIW, the FTC says 8 AM is fine for calls, so presumably 8 AM is fine to start work on the weekends.

I’d recommend looking into Bazzite. Built on top of Fedora for rock solid stability and relatively up to date kernel (with all the latest drivers).

They’re shooting for the same stability and high level gaming experience as Steam Deck, but for any computer.

I use Bluefin because I’m less bothered by gaming, but it’s been absolutely fantastic with the stability and ability to run anything I’ve tried.

Similarly, nearly everything made by H-E-B / Central Market. Save for maybe one or two things where I’ve been disappointed, I like and even prefer their store brand for many things.

I just hate the dragging of the wire on anything that might be in the way. I go wireless for keyboard and mouse whenever possible.

Any good password manager nowadays also has an account takeover feature if you opt in. Basically your spouse / child / parent can take over your account to recover it for you if you can’t get in.

Sorry, it seems I misremembered, it seems the 5 does not have GPU video encoders:

Raspberry Pi 5 is not supported right now. It doesn't have GPU video encoders, therefore, there is no point in using it for PiKVM, it will not give any performance boost for this case. The Pi 5 is a great device, just not suitable for PiKVM.

I’m curious on how others are using the RPi 5 since (from what I understand) it doesn’t have a graphics card or something like that, leading to lower compatibility with some things like PiKVM.

I would assume it’s still perfectly fine for Home Assistant and the like.
