Everything worked perfectly as it always does.

I used to think this way as I've been able to touch type for a very long time but in total darkness it's very nice to be able to find a key/orient things.

The tshirt says "monster fucker" so the person is saying "I'd fuck that" to which the biblically accurate angel is saying "ew" in reply to.

I've lost I think 5 personal friends who rode. You know what each of them had in common? Wreckless driving.

This was basically my birthday present to myself. Drag my friend on his newly running ninja250 and my fiance to a campsite in cold weather. It was awesome and I can't wait to try moto camping again.

Jesus lotta "motorcycles are a deathtrap" in here.

Hi, I've been riding for 10 years on all different kinds of machines through many lengths of commute/fun. allow me to be abrupt motorcycles cost more than a Prius to own. The tires don't last as long, the maintenance is more frequent, obviously the gear you absolutely should be wearing is expensive but hey if none of that bothers you please continue to enjoy riding.

It's not very active but there's a motorcycle community here on lemmy, please join us ;)

Why are we even considering a ~180 yr old law as something relevant today?

I'm glad I think that this seems to be good news but it's absolutely insane to me that it's based on a decision older than some states.

I decided I wanted to try daily driving mint on my main machine and ever since install I've not been able to get the login screen to display properly on any one of my monitors. It'll always show roughly 45% of the screen on my smallest 1080p monitor. Tinkering with the "login window" settings got it working enough that I can kinda see the password field but no further. I haven't seen anything like this on the forums so I was hoping someone could help me out here.

Linux boots fine under UEFI but windows tends to break/destroy alternative OS partitions.
