That's really lovely! Are you still friends or in contact with them today?

I was taken under the wing of a motherly school friend after I was ostracized and bullied by previous 'friend' group....I got my diagnosis 30+ years later

Impressive aren't they? I assume he has millions of glossy magazines available for when he gets creative

Thank you, I've starred your comment so I can use the link later on. They do have adult education classes near me so I can also see if that's appropriate.

Your mentioning about the science is partly why I'd like to understand maths, I love science and the natural world. I know when I'm watching BBC documentaries that the info is accurate, but I'd like to see how the maths proves and supports it.... or just be able to see the patterns it makes

Ironically, my dad was an accountant and would go through my homework when I was in primary school. You'd think he would be helpful and supportive? Nope, he get angry and shout and tell me to "just think".....!

I literally didn't have a clue where or how the correct answer was supposed to pop into my head. Not very helpful at all

As an autistic woman who was beyond inept at maths, I wish I'd had you as my teacher.

I can always remember the day when I found out I'd scored around 12% and 8% on my simultaneous equations homework, and the teacher went through it on the board... I was so embarrassed that I went bright red, and even worse, my glasses steamed up

I would love to understand and be able to do maths

Since the release of the first digital cameras I have been connected to photography. At the beginning (in the year 2000) I made my first "steps" with a compact camera, now I work with Canon DSLR cameras. Over time, my initial hobby became a passion that always accompanies me in my life - and sometimes leads me when a picture idea has evolved and I try to implement it. source

Really beautiful photo!

Some years ago, I saw a neat photo collage centered around power lines by some artist

Was it something like this?

Alex Hyner

I posted his work to collage sometime ago

I am taking pictures since 1980. After participating in several national competitions I decided in 1985 to participate in international photographic salons and specifically in the sections of color slide, nature and travel photography.

I take pictures form everything that interests me. My pictures are always coming out of my head and then realized with focal lengths ranging from 10 to 400 mm.

An important tool for me is the polarizing filter.

They’re over 70.

No need for a proper sink in the kitchen as they exist on Wiltshire Farm Foods 👍

I think that's the one with the fridge freezer in it ....I think I was just getting really confused by then

Rip out the horrible interior, extend, it could look really nice!

In it's current state though, it's just bizarre. It's like an 'upmarket' house in the countryside for sex parties.... Maybe the weird hand wash basin in the kitchen is for rinsing your dick in?

That was an amazing read! Thanks for writing and sharing it. Two things that struck me are

PTSD has been documented in canines who served in the military. [1] Additionally, it is believed that dogs are capable of suffering from autism

I'm on the spectrum so the fact that dogs can be autistic is really interesting, and it's unsurprising about the PTSD, given the fact that they can have really bad anxiety and trauma if they experience their owner dying

You have a fascinating blog which I'm going to bookmark and explore, cheers for the share!

I really love these, thanks for sharing!

The plastic foil looks like it could be good fun to play with, and not just for photography. I can see myself getting some and using it as a 'filter' to distort a landscape or still life and then painting (water colour/acrylic) the mosaic of colour to get an abstracted image

I found this on Amazon which looks the same as yours 👍

Prompt 'a mascot for product cream 'anusol', face looks photo realistic, agonised and desperate, surrounded by sharp spikes that look like red, sore and swollen conkers'

I had to use the word 'conkers' as Bing Image Creator wouldn't accept 'hemorrhoids' Also I got a lot of 'blocked content' warning messages whilst tinkering with the prompt, until I got suspended for an hour....at which point I thought it best to quit while I was ahead

Also for your viewing pleasure, some alternatives....(non entrys)

Was going to say it looks like Nausicaä, I've got the manga books, beautiful images and fantastic story. He does female protagonists really well
