Yeah, another commenter linked the part of the 12th amendment that says anyone constitutionally ineligible to run for president may not run as VP. That's quite a relief

I did not know that, thank you. That provides at least some relief!

I read somewhere that his only "legal" option for becoming president for another term is by running as the vice presidential candidate, and then having whoever was voted for president resign. He wouldn't technically be elected to the presidency, and thus could exploit a loophole.

That being said, I'm certain it would be challenged in court. The fact that it could even get that far is pretty disheartening

Thanks for sharing! I was using Ableton before the pandemic, then had to take a break after my son was born. I went back to it a few months ago and what I purchased wasn't transferrable to a version that worked on my computer 😡. I love learning about open source tools like this, and I'll definitely be checking them out. Thanks for sharing!

As @aubeynarf@lemmynsfw.com pointed out, it'd be best to read the rules regarding advertising. That being said, and how I interpret the rules, it'd be fine to share in an appropriate community. I'd suggest being prudent and making sure it's cool with the mods of the community, much like you're doing here. I feel like !musicproduction@lemmy.ml, !imadethis@lemm.ee, or !music@beehaw.org (which specifically says posting your own music is cool) would be good places to start.
