The first such incident of the year, presumably of many to come.

No, because he did everything wrong on purpose regarding his handling of COVID.
In 2020 some ballot counters barricaded themselves inside, under siege. What are the fascists going to try on the big day this time now that they're had 4 years to organise? I think this situation is unprecedented in the United States. This needs to be taken seriously.
Those are impressive numbers. Sincerely, I'm sure I never hear about them because they're so well behaved.
He's such a hard worker he took 15 minutes out of his packed schedule to lean out of a widow with a box of fries.
Is this a narcissism thing? The lies and acting are comically bad. It's mindboggling that he would pose with fries handed to him, served to no actual paying customer, and proceed to speak as if he now has proper experience among the working class.
This is his most absurd photo op yet. I do not believe he is certified to handle food. If he doesn't know how not to contaminate food then he'd be putting the health of customers in danger.
I was close to leaving. At first I'd been given the impression that "liberal" is a dirty word on Lemmy. It helps that PSAs like this one routinely appear on other instances to inform newcomers. Just keep spreading the knowledge and let it be known that everybody should block those communities.
That was an enlightening article. It seems like CIG has serious problems with leadership and budget expenditure. I can't call the game a scam since they at least have something tangible in the works, but they don't inspire confidence as to when or if they'll fully deliver.
I'm glad I never got on this ship. I'm not a big fan of buying into unfinished games with grandiose promises.
Did he really have a change of heart just because he got in trouble with Twitch? We know how he is. It's pretty strange to see him walk back any statements after getting backlash. As far as I know he's always been the unapologetic, uncancellable degenerate who lives with rats rotting on the floor and his own blood staining the walls.
A big one for me is that you can tweak the priority of specific domains. in my case I hate Fandom but I don't want to block it entirely, so I lower it and raise the other wikis I'd rather see first. I also have every Pinterest domain blocked, which would be very tedious to do with search engine operators.
It seems that is what he's committed to. There isn't much talk of policy anymore from anyone on his team. They're going all in on explicit xenophobia and transphobia and so on for this final stretch.
