I like to use the arch wiki to set up laptops. They are specifically written for arch, but the information can translate to basically any Linux distro

Refurbished Lenovos in general (and LinuxPusher.dk, in particular) in c/linux@lemmy.ml

I bought my P14s Gen 4 refurbished on eBay and have had no trouble. The nice thing about Lenovo is that they have really good documentation and the ThinkPad series are highly serviceable.
