Yes they cost an arm and a leg.

Looks like it's below the high tide line, my guess is it fell off a yacht or something.

I watched a documentary about these dolls once and one guy used to dress his doll in clothes and take it for rides in his car and the public mistaking it for a dead body was definitely a thing that happened a bit.

2/3 of these animals aren't in my country so I don't know about the logistics but this seems really cool!
