Just this past week I coincidentally got my torrent box back up and behind a VPN. I'm actively looking for popular torrents in need of more seeders, especially those on private trackers worth building some seed cred on. Anyone got suggestions? I'm open to books, libraries, certain genres of anime, feature length movies, various commercial software, and large FOSS software.

Same place that our world's highest expenditures on education and healthcare go: Corporations.

"The court system in my country is so close-knit with the police that they have a policy of not charging cops with most of the crimes they might commit when on duty or requiring any proof of their statements in court." Yeah it's demoralizing but I don't find it hard to explain because at a high level the issue isn't complicated.

Don't make brash promises you can't keep, they absolutely have already come to blue states and they were all over blue states during Trump's last term, too.

The vast majority of Americans do not have the means to up and move to a new state.

I think everyone here gets tired of you repeating yourself.

No, they're mostly bullshit actually.

You really shouldn't want them to be doing their jobs to any degree at all. Effective or otherwise.

Hordes is the wrong word, as I'm constantly utilizing those little fuckers. Great capsules for derusting small metal parts in vinegar for a few days. Single-piece jar caps turned upside down are great for keeping track of groups of screws and other small hardware during builds.

Yeah, if you're actually paying that much and untouched coins are of no benefit to you then you'd probably pull the plug. Any rational miner in the US still chugging away right now is obviously not losing money according to their business plan or they'd shut off.

My entire life I've used either Turbotax or HRBlock to file my own taxes as I've only had to deal with 1099s and W-2s, but this year I finally sold off some of the bitcoin I've been accumulating and I do not trust those services to handle capital gains correctly. I've already got my books mostly in order, I'm just looking for a CPA who I can sit down with in person and trust to minimize my expenses while making sure I do all due diligence, without over-charging me merely "because it's crypto". Bonus point if you can recommend someone you've used for this exact purpose. Thank you!
