Yes, I went to a very popular shop in the area.
It’s from the anti-timeline of “All Good Things…”, the series finale. It appears in DS9, VOY and PRO as well.

I’ve only heard about this from the book Masters of Doom by David Kushner (they also wrote a book about Gary Gygax). Is it about the story of a D&D campaign or about a murder that involved people who played D&D?

From all I’ve seen, I don’t think it is scar tissue. I might still be healing. Over time that area has been smoothing out, but slowly.
