Oh wait, it's a constitution change, so it probably is constitutional.
But what about EU primary law and the EHRC? Wouldn't be the first time constitutional law is deemed incompatible with EU or international law.

Actually, there are territories which are inside the single market but outside the customs union. Take Heligoland, for instance. If you ship several bottles of Cassis de Dijon from France to Heligoland, you have to pay duty on the French liquor but local authorities can't confiscate the bottle over the low alcohol content.
Bloody hell. I already assumed that something was going wrong in Berlin when I heard what state police is doing with the Adenauer SRP+ but this shows that the problem situation in Berlin is not limited to the state police. Yes - but if leading AfD figures were stripped of their right to vote, then such ruling would hit that person _regardless_ of which party he or she¹ is in. And it would also prevent those people from running as independent candidates. So I think going after individuals vs. going after parties is not an either-or. It would make sense to do both.

The mic switch could be implemented as a combined accept call, record and enable mic button.
So you would only have to hit one button to accept a call and activate the mic.
