Are you otherwise very active on any given day when you're not on a plane? Maybe you're never sitting that still and confined for 5 hours straight and your body just isn't used to it? Are you tall? I can see where it would totally suck to be tall and fly for any amount of time, really. The only time I'm ever thankful to be 5'3" is when I'm flying and can have a bag under the seat in front of me and still stretch out my legs and cross my legs if I want to.

I was in NH this weekend and while driving saw a lawn sign on one house that said "Save America, Vote Republican", and right next door on the neighbor's lawn was a sign that said "Save the Planet, Vote Democrat". It was glorious.

I would have preferred "ScreamingGrasshopperMouse", but it was too many characters long, so what I have now will have to do.

Do they overstay their welcome all the time, maybe not even just at your house, but other friend's houses as well?

Nope, too hard. My mind is all over the place as long as I'm awake. Work, video games, book storylines, politics, a constant background soundtrack of music, from TV commercial jingles to the chorus of whatever song I heard last, plus my own inner monologue are all constantly going on in my head. It's generally not a distraction except when I'm trying to fall asleep at night, but if it was, I'd assume that's what having ADHD is like? But trying to "Silence" my mind is impossible, it just never shuts up, even in sleep I have ridiculously vivid dreams that feel real until I wake up.

INFO: How old are they and what is their relationship to you (sibling, coworker, friend, in-law, etc)?

My partner and I are watching every movie that Arnold Schwarzenegger has ever been in, no matter how small the role. We just finished watching Scavenger Hunt from 1979 and it was fucking horrible. By the far the worst movie from his early days in film. It's not that he made it bad, the movie in and of itself was bad.

I'm a D gal myself ;)

I had this happen to me during my last annual optometrist visit, they didn't list the PD (I am in the U.S.). Fortunately you can figure it out yourself on many of the online eyewear retailers, which is what I ended up doing for no extra charge.
