There's absolutely zero point in discussing this.

It's pure ~~whistleblowing~~ dogwhistle and deflection politics. And that's it.

Well that would be the logical thing to do.

Kick of the heavier passengers and they don't have to remove as many total people. Which is overall better as you're creating travel problems for fewer people.

Although unless you're like 20st then it's unlikely that it would matter a great deal whether you pick the weightier people since they'll be making the calculation based on a formula that attributes a set value to passenger weight.

I strongly believe that anyone who scoff at the idea that cyclists should be held to the same rules and standards as cars or who moan about cycle infrastructure should be forced to experience close passes themselves. See how quickly their tone changes.

Hobbies aren't supposed to be about whether they're a good financial consideration, they're about passion, self fulfillment and looking after yourself.
