Yeah I expect the windows snapping to work with the super key... I need to figure something out. I need my tiling!

Would you mind sharing the game?

Thanks for your post. I think I often forget about #4. I'll add something fun into my lessons this week.

I love the games. This is the only movie I'm aware of. It takes place during the prequel trilogy of games (Emmy is in it.)

I've found emby to be a good compromise.

Would you recommend your XReal glasses? Do you daily drive them? What's your favorite app with them?

Babysitting is the reason. AI cannot currently provide childcare, it has to be humans for the time being.

I'm looking to learn more by using a VPS and spinning up a few instances. Can anyone recommend a cheaper VPS service?

Please let me know if it would be better to post this in a different community. TYIA

I highly recommend this site for Math & Science homework for Middle School - University. The source code can be found on GitHub: https://github.com/drlippman/IMathAS. MyOpenMath has over 1.1 million questions written for it by teachers and professors and you can contribute as well.

Any interesting manipulatives that you recommend in your teaching? I've recently got excited waiting for these Magnetic White Board Blocks from Bozeman Science: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/bozemanscience/switch-its-magnetic-dry-erase-blocks

Hi all! I have been using Emby for about a year now, but I was wondering, after the recent botnet debacle with Emby, if I should switch my media provider.

Anyone have experience with all 3? I really only have experience with Emby.

Some things that I'm interested in:

  • Automatic file management is a plus
  • Multiple users on mobile devices
  • Roku apps

Not my video, but a helpful one. If anyone has a lead on a starter oscilloscope, please let me know.

I've been looking for a couple of books to read this summer to change up my practice. I'd love some recommendations.

Here's a few that I recommend from previous summers:

Here's what I'm reading so far this summer:

I have a few birds near my house that I hear almost daily and I would love to learn more about. But obviously Googling a call is difficult. Any tips or ideas for identifying the calls? I'm in the Pacific NW of the US if that helps.

I really like digital labs they're no mess and it's really easy for students to make them up when they're absent.

Here's a few places that I get mine:

  • whscience.org - I especially like the Bug in the Meadow lab. Since I started using it, I haven't had to clean up bits of paper off my carpet. I also really like his Pedigree Tree Diagram Maker
  • PhET - Great simulations for students to try things out without blowing things up.

What are some other great ones?
