Questions is how high is the chance finding a share in 8 hours in a very strong pool like nanopool or supportxmr. Right now i am Mining at p2pool mini sidechain with approx 10kH/s. Till today i was lucky and received an payout every single day i mined.
Unfortunately Mullvad does not accept, maybe would be a good Idea to ask them why.

Was waren das noch Zeiten als man im Netz einfach mal, einfach weil man ein netter Mensch ist, Services bereitstellen konnte, ohne jedem direkt die eigene Adresse zu verraten oder permanent mit einem Bein im Knast oder vor dem wirtschaftlichen Ruin zu stehen.
Aber mal ein Gegenvorschlag: Wenn jemand Angst davor hat das seine persönlichen Daten aka IP Adresse etc gelogged werde: Warum hostet Ihr Lemmy und Co dann nicht selber.
Wenn Ihr Angst habt das eure Äußerungen hier im Fediverse nicht mehr rückstandslos gelöscht werden können (was auch im restlichen Internet nicht fuktioniert) dann überlegt euch eure Äusserungen!

Habe es hier aber auch schon gehabt das ein Post von mir nicht von hier zu monero.town föderiert wurde. Ist auch jetzt nach über einem Tag dort nicht aufgetaucht. Vielleicht wäre es ja doch mal ne gute Idee eine eigene Instanz aufzusetzen um die dezentralisierung zu stärken.
I got 4x 400W Panels and an Hoymiles HM-1500 Micro Grid converter. Because the alignment of the panels is not ideal ich can roughly generate approx. 8 kWh on a sunny day in the summer. Washingmachine etc. do not eat that all up so i use the rest to mine.
Crypto Currencies only make sense for me when the can be run mainly by green energy, everyone can participate without special hardware and if privacy is guranteed . Thats why i think Bitcoin sucks. Mainly the Bitcoin farms using places where energy is cheap and dirty, you need expensive hardware to mine it yourself and it is not private at all.
I have found an efficient Fujitsu MoBo and a PicoPSU on the attic and now i am organising a cheap i5-6500T. Should be good for approx. 1300H/s at 30W. As an always on "placeholder" minig to the pool while the sun does not shine.
I have a Intel NUC 7PJYH here which is running 24/7 for the smart home etc. maybe i will first of try if it can handle Smarthome/TVHEad/ and Monerod + P2Pool. While syncing now the CPU usage is quite high
Moin Leute, ich wollte in meinem ersten Lemmy Post gerne einmal auf das Projekt Open Source Seeds hinweisen.
Wenn man sich heutzutage die Versorgung mit Saatgut ansieht und sich vor Augen führt das dieser Markt nur von einigen wenigen globalen Player beherrscht wird, die Saatgut zu einer Marge verkaufen bei denen Drogendealer blass werden, dann weiss man was etwas getan werden muss.

Das Open Source Seed Projekt setzt sich für Saatgut ein welches unter einer Open Source Lizenz steht, so das sich Großkonzerne dieser Sorten nicht bemächtigen können.
Einige dieser Sorten werde ich auch dieses Jahr in unserem Garten anbauen.

Yep i am registered for it but really havnt understand how that works. If i check the wallet address i just get the address, a kH/s value and the word boost but i quite does not now what it means.
