Hello everyone, I'm an user of Piped and Libretube for Youtube. I love being de-Googled. But what's the major difference (excluding metadata) about using Youtube only from browser (with Security-Privacy oriented browser, auto-deleted cookies per tab, without account) vs using Piped?

Thanks.

What type of Services? And do Signal use our contacts or something private like that for third-parties?

As a newbie Arch user, I got bored to use Gnome or KDE. I want to use Hyprland as my desktop environment. Like what I see at social media. But there is different ways to download it as far as I see. Somethings called Hyprdots, additional things like Waybar etc. and these making me confused. How can I download it and make it look like as the things I saw on the Internet? Don't want to be wannabe, just I don't know how to set it up.

I was Nobara user, then I am using Fedora right now. I want to use things like Hyprland etc. and ya know, Its damn cool to say I am using arch btw. So I've decided to use Arch Linux. But everyone says its always breaking and gives problems. That's because of users, not OS.. right? I love to deal with problems but I don't want to waste my time. Is Arch really problemful OS? Should I use it? I know what to do with setup/ usage, the hardness of Arch is not problem for me but I am just concerned about the mindset "Arch always gets broken".

Thanks for your help. As far as I understood, I should look for unofficial OS from developers of LOS. I am not storing any important data on my device but, you know there is some accounts credentials and private chats. Nothings more. Out of title, do you recommend to use LOS for me? I'm already uninstalled all tracking, logging, bloating, spying softwares and packages via ADB. Then, gave myself root permission and configured Afwall settings. Do I really need LOS?

Thanks for your reply. I'm worried about Unofficial Custom Roms' stability. Security updates, system updates etc. I saw an Unofficial LOS in XDA forum. But i dont know should i download it. Can you help me about it?

I want to stop using Samsung. But I can't install any custom ROM to my phone. My phone is Samsung Galaxy A51 4G. Is there a way to use Lineage OS via stable updates or any other ROMs.
