Is it pragmatic to browbeat individual voters when the party itself is dysfunctional and insists on running candidates 75% of voters don't want to see run?

If the people yelling at random voters on the internet spent the same amount of energy yelling at the DNC about being unappealing to voters it would probably have more impact.

If you don't live in one of like 10 states, literally nothing you do this cycle matters one way or the other. I do not live in one of those states. I'd wager you don't either.

I'm talking about a knowably losing campaign that has been losing the whole time and hasn't even done a campaign staff firing to try to shake things up... I guess you and I have very different definitions of "trying."

Interesting that every ambitious democratic governor is holding their presidential run until 2028 since there aren't going to be anymore elections. Have you considered the DNC is lying to you and actually expect there to be a 2028 presidential race?

I used to campaign and donate and vote every cycle, but 2020 made it abundantly apparent that the democratic party isn't actually a democratic institution. Why would I lift a finger to support a candidate ordained behind closed doors by Barrack Obama and Neera Tanden for the interests of the corporate backers of this shitty party that's been facilitating the neoliberal agenda of the right for my entire life? The DNC hates the left and I've discovered enough self-respect to hate them back now.

I'd argue holding our noses and voting for ever less appealing candidates from an ever more out of touch party has led to a party that doesn't actually try to win general elections, providing the republicans with the structural advantage of being the only party actually trying to win, which is a BIG advantage.

That's my point. It didn't happen.

Change that "No" to "Biden" and that was the DNC "primary" ballot in my state!

Remember when crypto replaced all the banks? It will work like that -- by it being a scam that never actually dominates anything, because it's stupidly energy intensive and actually of very limited utility in practice.

I don't know that I'd describe Blue MAGA as left of anything, since they're an pro-market authoritarian movement, but whatever they are, they're either a majority or a VERY vocal minority.

I've had them report my posts as being a "Russian bot" and the mods took them down on here. Also the incessant downvoting. Gotta love the mass-downvoting any and all dissent.
