He moved the headquarters of Chipotle to his home town from Denver just for the hell of it. My guess is that he intends to do the same with Starbucks. So that “commute” will last only as long as it takes him to move the corporate HQ.

The article says when he started at Chipotle they were headquartered in Denver but dickbag moved it to Newport Beach so it was closer. Guessing the same thing will happen to Starbucks. He will (randomly) decide that Newport Beach is a better location for a global coffee chain than Seattle.

He must be getting tired of Ted Nugent and Kid Rock. As far as I know those are the two main musical artists aligned with the Trump campaign. Maybe he should just stick with them or maybe he is also saying that their music sucks.

They act like the only two options out there are increasing the pension age or reducing benefits. That is all I saw in the article. The easiest option would be to increase income to the pension fund by increasing wealth taxes and ensuing that large organizations are contributing appropriate amounts.

Similar but I scan mine for reimbursement as the majority of times I am buying stuff while outside the house it is a business expense. This statement makes me realize I need to leave the house more often for non work purposes.

I assume at this point the windfalls should start trickling down right? Any moment now right? You can use this mythical trickle down economic effect I have heard about to buy a house with cash.

Damn that is insane. Slava Ukraine!

This is crazy and yet so amazing. Every time I think Ukraine is making a questionable choice, I am proven wrong. Damn what I wouldn’t give to see a match to Moscow.

NASA and Boeing disagree on the safety of the return trip. I think I’ll side with nasa on safety related questions here.

I’ve done the whole, “move across the country for a promotion and raise” thing and it is indeed destructive. You have to accept you are going to miss out on your friends and family you are leaving. All of the last minute hangouts and just grabbing a beer on a random Thursday stuff. You’re in a new place with no friends or family trying to meet new people in your 20s-30s and it’s a lot more work than it used to be when you were younger because a new job takes a lot of energy. For me it was worth the effort and in the long run I was happy I uprooted but wow those first couple of years were tough.

Yeah that would be the policy for a normal country but considering Russia they will put him in aircraft until he stops breathing.

Happy to see the traverse tab. I was trying to figure out how to manually view and organize my subbed communities and the traverse tab is now there to do it. Great feature add!
