Lowkey tho, why would you hire an Iron Works company to develop a game and not expect hiccups when the game goes live? Even experienced developers hit snags at release. Maybe they will send the presale customers some custom stair railings.

Yeah, there can be pedestrians and bikes where I live. With these new e-scooters and ebikes, they can appear pretty fast snd silently, and aren’t always in full control of their ride when going fast and don’t always obey the traffic rules. I don’t want to confuse them.

Thats why it would have to be a closed system with controlled transmissions rather than omnidirectional radio transmissions.

I don’t disagree with that but the article is talking about what arguments are permissible in a court room which is a little different. Same as using tools to commit a crime. It’s not illegal to own or use tools but when used in commission of a crime, this can be a factor in proving elements of a crime that require proof of intention or malice.
