Adding to what others said: there is a saying "your next position is your best position". You should switch posture frequently during the day. Sitting in front of a PC whole day does not make it easy unfortunately. You should just try to switch consciously, walk around a bit, stuff like that.

I've been watching too much RuPaul's drag race, thought for a second that "sickening" was meant as a compliment...
First panel: wife is looking in the mirror, Everett with a snide remark: "if you dont put on some makeup you are likely to break that mirror" Second panel: what we are currently seeing with the additional speech bubble from the wife: "you didn't put on any makeup, look what you did to the mirror!"
