Was 22 when I first got into shape, currently almost fifty and don't judge anyone who has the ability to stick they chin out further than their belly.

Can I be real with you for a little? I got broken up with by the girl that got me to start working again. The moment I got into okish shape, she dipped. The ones I have met via the apps, have asked me to get back to my old self.

I didn't know what that means, but I am far from someone who needs advice(even though I do need to lose a few inches from my waistline). But I don't need to be reminded! I do a good enough job of insulting myself.
