Palin's kids were in the public crosshairs. But I think that had more to do with Palin's awful hypocrisy on family values than anything else.

I have 3.5 cats on the same medication (0.5 cat is shared custody we watch sometimes). Juggling 4 prescriptions is a pain in the ass. Life would be much simpler if we could just get a Costco sized bottle of it and be good for half a year or more. For a medication that is very commonly prescribed for elderly cats.

And also because of the ridiculousness of controlled substances, you can't just order ahead for, say, 2 months of buffer that could negate the risk of delays.

Because people can't be trusted with too much medicine. Like everyone's going to OD on cancer drugs or something if they don't ration it out to the day.

I did as well, and am very happy to be wrong.

And it seems like Harris' campaign saw those kinds of comments and chose to address them with energy and humor.

They've done a great job so far. Hoping they can keep this amazing momentum and prove me thoroughly wrong on election day.

Yes, interpreting the world in color instead of black and white certainly makes things more complicated.

And I guess complexity and nuance are bad, from your point of view.

What he means is he's trying to funnel his wealth into assets that aren't regulated and may be difficult to seize.

You know, to hide his money from the victims that he owes hundreds of millions to for his criminal behavior.

I have black electrical tape over most led indicators. It's stupid because now I can't tell the battery charge on a lot of devices, but I hate the involuntary nightlights everywhere.

Rofl, like Unix OSes never have problems. Even developers, who are among the most tech savvy users, tend to drag their feet on installing updates unless forced.

That's only on mobile browser mode. Open your browser settings and select Desktop site and you won't see that modal anymore.

Still an asshole design, though.

It means a lot less when it's coming from retired, or retiring, Republicans. It's practically meaningless.

Especially when it's a judge, who isn't supposed to be politically aligned in the first place.

Yet, people still work normal jobs on earth. You have people serving tables because they feel like it? Families like the Picards that have vast orchards and a huge manse for generations?

The utopia has never really made sense outside of starfleet having their own internal economy that's basically only limited by raw resources for energy to construct more starships / space stations.
