I read and proceeded to completely forget the top text, so I was left wondering why the father was sending cat ascii art...

Yep, that's it. This way "bowl" becomes a verb and the sentence means "Have you seen the dogs play bowling?".

In this case definitely the first. Just make a new directory (name doesn't matter: SATA, Files, data...) and use your distro's tool to change the mount point (Disks on GNOME and derivatives, or just edit fstab yourself)

You can just mount it in a folder in your home directory. This is not a weird thing to do.

I too had an NTFS partition at first. Definitely not great, since it trashes your file permissions. I was glad to be rid of it when I binned the other OS.

There's an obscure piece of lost media where the last episode of the six part home video series has no sound at all, because back then youtube just yeeted the whole audio channel and that was that.

RIP. Don't want to bother the creators, but even if I did, they likely don't have a complete copy themselves. They never bothered to reupload it anyway. And have since scrubbed their channel clean.

This update could be a surprising good step in media preservation.

tee tee why is this happening to me

For years I was stuck with a setup where my main monitor was plugged into the GPU via HDMI, but my secondary monitor only had VGA, for which the card did not have a port. My motherboard does have one, though. Using that basically worked... with random issues popping up both now on Linux and way back in the dark times.

One of these issues was that FO4 would not display correctly in full screen. It looked fine in windowed, but the cursor would be confined to the top left area of the screen, unless I had my second monitor, physically on the left, virtually on the right instead.

I just inherited a new card and I took the financial hit of a cheeseburger's worth for a VGA-DisplayPort adapter, and now it works just fine in full screen!

You could boot Linux off an external drive that you can uplug. If you're feeling barbaric...

You could play Battleship on that

Springtails? You can test by seeing if they jump away from you.

If so, I think they only eat dead stuff. But I also heard they can sometimes chew on roots (and there are a lot of them here...)

A screenshot of some of the current Godot gold level supporters. The one supporter highlighted has chosen the name "TaraSophieDev (pls fix #43093)"

The issue is still open! The merge request seems to be almost ready. Though there hasn't been any new development since May.
