I get zero pleasure from cocaine. It's literally just a tool to keep drinking. (NB: don't do this. It's terrible for your heart) But for some of my friends it's the end-all, be-all. They wanna do lines all weekend and I'm just like, "why?"

Ok honestly thank you for that. I kind of gathered that from his pretty much only shitposting and attitude in his comments. Idk why but being banned because of him really bugged me.

imposing moderator will on community

Rich, coming from the mod that banned me because I called him out on a shitty joke.

Imagine if poor Vaporeon could do the same...

I have a sticker on my debit card that makes it look like a Blockbuster card. I get so many confused looks when I had it to cashiers.

They'll just start funding more terrorist organizations and attacks à la 9/11. The Saudis are no one's friends and the world would do well to remember that.

Food banks. Look at your local church, synagogue, or mosque. A lot of them do community outreach and have some kind of food bank.

If you're skipping meals or you have $5 'til next Friday, the food bank is for you. Don't feel like you're taking something away from someone "more needy." It's you. You're needy. Take the help. That was a hard lesson to learn in my 20s.

Because it was Hillary's platform, and he hates her more than he hates Eric.

As an IT worker, there are people already in the workforce who have literally no clue what a "drive" is because they don't use traditional computers anymore. My youngest brother is a freshman in college; I offered to get him a laptop before he left as a bday present and he told me no. Apparently it's all about iPads now.

I don't think they're unaware of that at all. Until those kids become criminals, most of them will have to survive somehow. Given their presumed lack of education and prospects, that means meat to throw in the "entry level" grinder.

I see you've never had a partner with ADHD! Going around collecting all the half-drank water glasses in our household used to be a full-time job.

A decent reusable steel water bottle. Doesn't need to cost a lot, and really cuts down on dishes at home
