I didn't read the details too much. Having things happen in a court of law is important, however, if you look at say... a country like Ukraine. Their form of democracy is a bit different in this regard. Which has its ups and downs, as most societal structures do. In person, if someone tells me in an adult fashion that something is disrespectful to them, I'll stop doing it.
