It’s a super difficult fight, and every time you die, you lose half(?) of your items, which makes it even more difficult. It took me forever, and by the end of it, I had no good items left in the storage system.

That just seems like a negative feedback loop if you cannot leave and return when you are stronger? That could be a soft-lock. I have not played the games so I am not certain what the design philosophy was there.

Exactly, no matter how strong you are it is far too easy to throw out your back by lifting something wrong. It is especially important when you struggle to lift 12% of your body weight.

If you want to keep prisoners safely forever, note that you can add and then remove prosthetic limbs, which will keep them permanently immobile.

For clarity you only need to install and remove peg legs to achieve this effect.

Removal of tongues and the addition of Painscrews is optional.

I use this so taking the tongue is counterproductive. And the pain-screw is a waste of resources and medicine, unless you are making a scream nugget.

If you need to quickly harvest some organs and have a spare bedroom available.
