I'm not conflating at all.

A common theme with zionists, that Herzl himself also said, is that the land was promised to them by God

Theodor Herzl, considered the grandfather of modern zionism, was an atheist

Same with the UK.

Labour, historically a left wing party born from the workers unions, are now governing and are continuing the same austerity policies from the last 14 years of the conservative government.

Not all Jews are zionists. Not all zionists are Jews. All zionists are genocidal cunts.

If the prick wants people on-call 24 hours a day then he needs to pony up the wages to match with accompanying extended holiday for downtime.

The council being cheap lazy bastards have said 'ooh... More temporary signs. That should work!'.

Restaurant owner: speed camera to dish out fines. Make them pay!

Road design should be that it's impossible to approach that roundabout at speed. All good road design dictates driver behaviour, not allow them to make rash or irrational choices that endanger others.

Reddit admins have already put things in place to counter editing or deleting comments.

I deleted an account from 2011 yet when I searched on Google for "site:reddit.com account name", it listed loads of posts with their previous content (I used the script that changed all the contents before deleting).

All SM sites have been doing this for a while: they'll shadow delete your account but will retain all the data.

It's also an accessibility feature so people don't have to do the invariable up and down from kerbs into the road when using mobility aids or pushchairs with kids/shopping etc

One problem no one has mentioned, is that it also makes life a lot harder for homeless people.

But to those who organise those systems, they're not consumers with disposable income or a credit line to spend. They are happy for them to fall through the cracks and people not using cash penalises them further by eradicating charity and widening divisions.

It is functioning as designed.

Ad hominem is to attack the persons character. I clearly stated that your logic is squirrel shit.

Any parties manifesto in the majority, will be about internal politics, but those policies will ultimately impact their relationship with external countries and shape what their foreign policies will be. You would have to be a fucking imbecile to think otherwise. (Again, not an ad hominem before you start wanking yourself into a lather)

Just found & joined Lemmy and so want to add to it by starting a community on a favourite (time & money consuming!) hobby: modular synthesis.

This is my current system although I'm currently building a Befaco Hexmix, Robaux LL8 and a Sonic Potions Penrose quantizer.

I have a new case arriving next month that's portable so once we can go outside and congregate again, I'm going to look at playing some shows (if I actually have any music and haven't just disappeared down a noise rabbit hole!)

2 years on and the system looks like this:

Another case by Case From Lake and plenty of modules that I managed to acquire through luck such as the ACL Sinfonion for £750!

I'll have to go through my ModularGrid page to update my racks there and post them
