It say's "Bad gateway" and I get this in my console.

cloudflare_lemmy | 2024-05-15T12:20:02Z ERR Request failed error="Unable to reach the origin service. The service may be down or it may not be responding to traffic from cloudflared: dial tcp 0.0.0.0:1234: connect: connection refused" connIndex=1 dest=https://lemmy.burningturtle.win/ event=0 ip=198.41.192.47 type=http

I currently have my instance running on my local network. I now have to expose it to the internet and want to use cloudflared for this. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work.

I am using the default nginx config. Here is my docker-compose.yml https://pastebin.com/6awxsZn8

EDIT: adding network_mode: 'host' to cloudflared fixed it.

IIRC the series has been cancelled

20$ take it or leave it

Thank you, I was wondering, what that stuff was

I am currently trying to create my own Lemmy instance and am following the join-lemmy.org docker guide. But unfortunately docker compose up doesn't work with the default config and throw's a yaml: line 32: found character that cannot start any token error. Is there something I can do to fix this?

The section in question is

{% for item in lemmy_env_vars %}
{% for key, value in item.items() %}
      - {{ key }}={{ value }}
{% endfor %}
{% endfor %}
{% endif %}

At the end of the day, if nothing help's, kill it with fire.

I would use a microwave to kill any worms / eggs still remaining, just in case.

All my devices seem to have problems connecting to my homes router. This problem appears only on linux and only on my router. All other networks work flawlessly. My router is a CH7466CE.

EDIT: My router seems to have unfucked itself.

Backup Frontend (feddit.burningturtle.win)

Ich hoste ab jetzt ein Photon Frontend, für den Fall, dass es erneut Ausfälle geben wird. Ich kann die Stabilität noch nicht garantieren, da ich es lokal hoste und es noch gestesstestet werden muss.

I am looking something to connect to my server from outside my local network.

I am on a shared IP and my ISP doesn't have port forwarding.

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but grimjack the anime abridged channel seems to have been hacked.

As a total beginner to c++ I am looking for learning resources, be they books or videos.

Or an android tv supported by a privacy respecting custom rom.
