No. The US doesn't care if the terms are consecutive or not, it's a hard limit of two terms.

Nvidia and AMD both have programs that'll let you know when you have a driver update. It'll handle it automatically past you needing to click 'go', from what I remember(I haven't had a Nvidia gpu in a few years.) For AMD it's called Adrenaline, and for Nvidia it's Geforce Experience.

I don't find that anything but GPUs really need regular driver updates.

Nixon was impeached for deleting 8 minutes of his own personal audio recordings… as those records were subpoenaed, because you can’t keep any kind of private records of you conducting government business….

That is such a gross oversimplification of why Nixon was impeached I don't even know where to start.

I'm really enjoying it quite a lot- I first played around a20, and then I picked it up again recently.

It isn't a perfect game, but it's a pretty decent experience that's very unique.

I don't think it's worth $45. That seems a bit excessive. $20 or maybe even $30? Sure.

With that said, I haven't followed the game's development at all really. I could see a bunch of broken promises causing some completely understandable frustration with the devs.

Even if you don't like horror movies, imo The Quarry is worth a try.

I don't like horror movies, personally, and I really enjoyed The Quarry quite a lot. I like most of Supermassive's games, but The Quarry is probably the best one, barring the newest Dark Pictures and Until Dawn as I've played neither.

Well, they're gonna make you feel things if nothing else.

You have a Steam Deck- You can emulate a PS1. I have no idea how difficult to set up that would be, as I've never cared to play PS1 games myself. For the record, I'd be surprised if you couldn't emulate a PS3, and RPCS3 is actually the easiest thing imaginable to get set up and working. In my experience the PS2 emulator, PCSX2 is very heavy hardware wise compared to RPCS3 so that might not actually run on a Steam Deck.

To first clarify this community, it's not "don't ask stupid questions" its "there are no stupid questions". In other words, ask that thing you've wanted to know but feel dumb for not knowing. It's fine- there's no stupid questions.

AskLemmy is more centered on asking other (lems? Lemians? Lemmers? I have no idea what we call each other.) questions specifically. A question for asklemmy would be something like, "How do you all feel about x?" It's more of a general question and answer forum where the question is sometimes less important than the discussion that it causes.

I think he's saying that if the potatoes are both firm and canned, it's because of some crazy chemicals. Not just canned goods = chemicals.

Why he thinks you can't can firm potatoes without chemicals? I have no clue.
