There will still be people who are able to rapidly learn with AI on their side and people who fail to do it. The fast ones are able to focus much more on the underlying problems and less on language specifics. The definition of low level and high level programers will change in the context of AI. Nobody today is implementing a linked list outside of university and in the future nobody will be needed to write the repeated code which still is needed in a lot of frameworks.

But of course there might the point of a critical collapse if AI only learns from its own code and inefficient code gets repeated constantly.

While I do understand all of the scepticism in this thread, I have to say that I am personally amazed by GitHub Copilot.

I am just ramping up in a new company working on web development with Angular and Spring Boot. Even though I have 0 experience with this and have a background in python and C++, I got productive extremely quickly thanks to Copilot. Of course it does not work without flaws and you still need programming knowledge to wirte proper prompts and fix smaller issues in the resulting code. But without it I would be much further behind. It was even able to fix some issues in the html just based on a description of the issue I am observing in the webpage.

I do not think it will replace all programmers, but I do think it will replace some low level programmers who did repetitive tasks as the good programmers are extremely accelerated by only having to type subsets of what was needed before.

Ist ja nicht so als würden Plakate anderer Parteien echte Inhalte übermitteln. Auch die bestehen zum Teil nur aus einem simplen "Freiheit" oder "Mehr Sicherheit".

Die Plakate von Volt waren die einzigen die bei mir Aufmerksamkeit generiert haben. Und wenn man aufmerksam ist, kann man auch das Kleingedruckte lesen, dass noch ein bisschen mehr Kontext gibt.

Die Kampagne letztes mal war allerdings deutlich besser.

Es ist spannend wie stark ich in einer Bubble lebe. Alle die ich kenne haben ziemlich genau dieses Ergebnis. Trotzdem gehen Wahlen ja ziemlich anders aus.

Man kann ja sicherlich noch einige Dinge von der Steuer absetzen. Wenn man nur Kapitalerträge hat würde man ja nur 25% steuern zahlen. Davon kann man mindestens mal ein Arbeitszimmer und einige Versicherungen absetzen. So landet man dann schnell bei 24%.

Ich bin ein begeisterter Skifahrer auch wenn mein schlechtes Umweltgewissen weiter wächst. Ich reduziere bewusst Autofahrten, Fleischkonsum und Flüge aber bei Skifahren bin ich ehrlich gesagt noch nicht bereit dazu.

Die Preise sind schon saftig, aber da ich nur für mich selbst zahlen muss kann ich mir das noch ganz gut leisten. Für eine ganze Familie ist schon schwieriger.

Ein großes Problem ist, dass die Saison immer kürzer wird und viele kleinere Skigebiete kaum noch betrieben werden können. Dadurch tummelt sich alles in den riesenskigebieten. Dabei präferiere ich eigentlich die kleineren und da waren sogar die tagesskipässe früher noch gut bezahlbar.

Du fragst ob wir "echt noch" Probleme mit der Karte haben und listest dann selber gleich 3 Beispiele.

Die Antwort ist also Ja. Auch wenn du dich auf die konkreten Beispiele eingestellt hast, heißt das ja nicht dass man da als Laufkunde nicht zufällig in die Bäckerei, Apotheke oder den Friseur reingeht und dann aufgeschmissen ist.

Und vor allem den Apothekenbesuch beim Arzt Pläne ich selten konkret ein, weil ich da bin wenn ich krank bin.

Speaking from a German perspective I feel like the Fridays for future movement has significantly affected (parts of) her generation. I have many colleagues whose kids are focusing on a diet with less environmental impact and also asking their parents to change.

It is impressive that it has been such a long running and wide spreading movement and I am sure that there will be many politicians, activists and entrepreneurs coming out of this movement in the future.

It is hard to expect anything more from a child who has been belittled constantly. I wish I would be standing up for my believes as strongly as she does.

Und selbst bei denen wird ja ohne Ende Methan ausgestoßen von den Kühen.
