Sorry no pics yet but wanted to update for those curious, inoculation of enoki spores on spawn growth(millet) and substrate (soy & wood) is a success only a few weeks out now!

Guenther what are the other species you know of with colored mycelium? Only one I know is Pholiota adiposa which can orange/brown

Spot on! We do about 1000 of these a week and do a x cut. This one was weird because it grew upside down and broke the bag
