My sister in law had a meltdown last thanksgiving that included screaming at her husband, and storming off to her bathroom to spend the rest of the day (up until food, and then she demanded someone bring her a specific selection on a plate) in a jacuzzi tub. Her husband grabbed the wrong shade of blue curtains from the closet, and she had to wait an extra 90 seconds to put them up. Legitimately don't understand how he's stayed married to her for 15 years. Apparently she's always been like this to him over the smallest bullshit.

I suppose if you've got appropriately strong nets, you could corral everything closer to a spot with easier access with only a handful of boats (theoretically just one, and an anchor point)

That's an insane amount. How do you even go about cleaning it all up? A bunch of small boats and guys with rakes, or do you look into transporting a trash barge with a crane and have dump trucks haul it all away?

I don't think I know anyone who would consider an "Israeli-American" to be white, or even any whiter than "Lebanese-American", and I'm solidly Midwestern.

I kind of want to send out a bunch of messages to people asking if they consider one "white" or "whiter" than the other...

I know plenty of people who will give Israel carte Blanche simply because it "needs to exist for Jesus to come back" though, so answers wouod be skewed I imagine.

Back in the day, if I read "Sitting president calls for a coup d'état after hearing he lost the election" we could laugh and go "oh, you silly satirical newspaper, such a thing would never happen, this was an amusing diversion from the mundane!"
