Yeah it could definitely be a little clearer with it's phraseology.
I haven't played a live service game since Destiny 2 decided to completely remove all the shit I paid for, then lock everything new behind even more pay walls.
I've been playing dozens of games since then. It's not hard to find games that aren't live service and likely won't be touched outside of stability and a couple QoL things here and there.
I'm all for laws requiring all games to be playable offline, and without any sort of bullshit "online activation". I paid for a game, I want to play the game without having to download shit first. I want to play the game whether my hanky-ass internet connection is stable or even nonexistent today. I want to be able to use the thing I paid for without having to jump through extra hoops, no matter how large or "on the ground" the hoop is. It's still a hoop.

My wife and I are "in the process" of watching it....
She insists she likes it, but keeps falling asleep and generally just doesn't seem to be paying attention when we're watching. I get it. She's not really much into sci-fi. She's just watching it to be nice and watch something with me.
So after 2.5 years, we FINALLY got to season 7. And that's where we stopped 3 months ago and she hasn't seemed interested when I bring up watching more episodes... But of course I "CAN'T watch it WITHOUT [her] "
I appreciate the effort she's making, but I reaaaaaallly want to watch the whole thing again, and I'm positive I can watch it two or three more times before we finish it together.

Use 150mb to put a low quality version of Firefly that I used to have on a Nokia phone around 2007/2008, and the rest will be my collection of ebooks.
I've got more than 1gb of books, but I can trim down the file size by stripping formatting and saving as plain text, and there's a few series I could go without reading for a long time.
