Another way to get that budget is to exploit the shit out of your workers

There is obviously a ton of waste in Western entertainment budgets, particularly from Disney. The federal Affordable Connectivity Program, launched at the end of 2021, has provided a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service for eligible low-income households and up to $75 for households on qualifying tribal lands.
