That's it exactly. JBP, JD Vance, etc., play word games of rhetoric to get what they want. It's like they are defence lawyers and morality is a legal system they are trying to game - they argue whatever just to win.

Yeah they do that. It is really sneaky to call illegal immigrants criminals because of their illegal immigration. It's like someone being called a criminal just for resisting arrest.

I think FPTP keeps fringe or unpopular ideas out. Assuming its a 2-party dominated system, it will keep extremists out only if the extremists are fringe.

This is a shallow analysis.

Facilitate is the key word. The SC judge left it to the fedral judge to define what it means, taking into account impact on foreign policy.

So, it is not necessarily just an empty word.

I would love that here

No, we don't use machines in Canada, nor is there a plan to introduce them.

I had to double check myself, but seems the statement was correct. Elections Canada says that (see Voting Technology section in the link):

Elections Canada does not use automatic ballot-counting machines to count ballots or tabulate results in Canadian federal elections.

There are no plans to introduce Internet voting or ballot-counting technology for federal elections.

It is pretty high. According to Wikipedia, "Ketamine, generally, stimulates breathing; however, in the first 2–3 minutes of a high-dose rapid intravenous injection, it may cause a transient respiratory depression." According to TripSitter, "The LD50 ... [is] over 100 times higher than what’s considered a heavy dose of ketamine." (Extrapolated from rodent LD50).

My background in is in Islam, not Christianity. This doesn't answer your question but I hope it is helpful.

Most opinions in Islam are that: it is not a sin to read pagan texts or texts from other religions, but it is highly discouraged for non-experts in Islam, as, for example, it may weaken their belief in Islam. Many Muslim prostelyzers, for example, extensively read non-Islamic texts to help them convert other people to Islam.

However, I think a distinction is usually made between mythical texts and religious texts. Many believe that it is no sin to read Greek mythology because they see them as just fixtional stories, but that it is a sin or it is discourged to read the Torah or the Bible.
