What can I say, I agree with you. This mixing of markup, query and general programming languages is not exactly a good comparison

Yep, some even mention op to 95% if I recall correctly. Hopefully it gets only better. But I really wish batteries would come with recycling specs and clear EOL process. Like mandatory.

I always wondered how is HTML a language... Also I see missing labels in legend.

C#/.NET supports Linux quite well and there is Avalonia for UI. Also there is a cross platform trend amongst modern languages such as Kotlin/Jetpack - not that I'm too keen on this approach.

The amounts are different.

The principle is similar. But are they really that different, though? The Western amounts are not small by any mean.

We've outsourced like 75% of our production to China and Taiwan to exploit cheap/slave labor for every sort of product, except cars. Now they're coming for those too. And they would take them too, if it weren't for the tariffs.

Yes, globalization, and so far it was all great because of prices (ignore the latest US tariffs because of economical war with China). But, for example, when one buys an iPhone, there aren't much complaints not tariffs, are there?

Sadly no useful numbers in the article, like how much of a battery gets recycled and stuff.

Many Western governments are subsidizing buying EVs as well, how is that different? As per cheap labor, so far nobody cared about that... Interesting that's only a problem with EVs.

Revolutionary car would cost much less, like in 20 ish range. Hello BYD.

This should be rather fixed on OS/software level, shouldn't it? Otherwise no better resolution screen works like ever. That said, I get it, Linux is complicated, but solution to forever use low resolution screens doesn't feel right. 🤷‍♂️

Are they? Good to hear. However Samsung is starting mass production for EVs and they are targeting initially the most expensive segment. But let's see once they start producing them.

AFAIK SS lithium have huge price tag, at least for now.

Hm, no words about real efficiency compared to existing tech nor reciclability and other less important factors than 1,000x better efficiency.

I'm considering Fiido Titan as e-bike for shopping and short distance commuting. It's hilly where I need it. Any thoughts on bike quality or anything else? From a review on YouTube it seems decent enough. TIA

Hopeful Jonas recovered after all the injuries, but I somehow doubt it that he'll be at 100% after those injuries without much time to recover. While I'm rooting for PogRog, I fear a repeat of Giro, where Pog dominated and made it boring to watch. Or perhaps Remco will kick in, but then again he was also injured and didn't do well at Dauphine. What's you take?

Eurosport started sending e-mails that they are discontinuing streaming (premium) service in favor of HBO MAX. Which is much, like 3x more expensive if you happen to watch only bicycling or some other sports and you don't care about other stuff. Even more odd is that they were sending e-mails like a couple of weeks ago that they were just increasing the price. So, that's it for me watching bicycling, I guess. It's been nice while it lasted, then corporate greed took over.
