I downloaded the zip file and then set up a venv to run the program. It'll get easier soon though, eventually somebody will package it

It's getting pretty easy:

I hqd this set this up in about 8 minutes on a moderate gaming PC. It's pretty convincing

Why? Don't get me wrong there are thousands of reasons to ditch google, but what the problem here?

This is desperately needed.

I saw sponsorblock-ml and am playing with it using whisperx for transcript/timestamps and ffmpeg for cutting out the timestamps that were detected by sponsorblock-ml then reserving that audio as an rss feed.

It's not great so far though

I've been looking into sponsorblock-ml for an alternative approach

I respectfully disagree, grayjay is great, but in my experience it has been buggy, crashes occasionally, and does not provide an acceptable layout for foldables.

Revanced has been flawless.

I will keep greyjay installed for the inevitable day that revanced dies... but until then grayjay is not the best option for me personally.

I'm running Debian bookworm on my framework 16, I struggled a lot getting everything working properly so I'm not sure I would recommend it just yet

I'm running 3.1 8b as we speak via ollama totally offline and gave info to nobody.

Well, perceived damage anyway. I can't speak to how IP owners have been effected by LLMs, and I don't believe it would be easy to quantify.

From what I understand the next rounds of ai are being trained on further refined versions of the same datasets and supplemented with synthetic data.

The damage to existing copyrighted content is already done.

No shade on you, dude... but if it's not available in a public repo where people with more experience than me have the opportunity to validate and review it... then I'm really really really not interested in downloading or running it on my machine.

I have trust issues with cloudflare yes, but I also have trust issues with random zip files from strangers' cloud drives.

I appreciate your helpful attitude anyway 🙂

Centralization is bad for everyone everywhere.

That bring said... I just moved my homeserver to another city... and I plugged in the power, then I plugged in the ethernet, and that was the whole shebang.

Tunnels made it very easy. No port forwarding no dns configuration no firewall fiddling no nothing.

Why do they have to make it so so easy...

Im looking for a self hosted open source docker image for time clock and payroll. Do you have any recommendations or experience?

I brewed this melomel last July and noticed this thin film... Is this an issue? Or is it expected like the sediment at the bottom?

Im looking for an app for android that allows streaming audio books, downloads ect.

Any favorites? From fdroid or mobilism?

Edit: I have audiobookshelf hosted and a small library, but I want a deeper selection. Im not looking for an audio book player so much as a streaming app with access to anything.

I bought yeast, and the gravity measuring tool, and some sanitizer, and the little airlock cork, and some honey, and a glass gallon jar.

If somebody has a document or PDF with childlike instructions for me to follow on how to do this I would be so greatful!

Maybe some recipe that goes through the whole process from start to drinking, fruit adding would add another layer of fun!

Helpful beginners advice would also be great!!
