Is it going to eventually add kernel functionality and become GNU/run0 like systemd? If not i'll keep using sudo on Ubuntu and doas everywhere else.

Also there's no way eyes that big could work with the cat occupying that much skull.

Look, if you don't want me when i'm farting in my office chair reviewing someone's PR, you don't deserve me when we're out throwing axes.

Throughout the 60s, as city centers became more populous, an increasingly paranoid and racist section (boomers) started moving to the suburbs out of fear of being around black people. They took their wealth and ambitions with them, leading to broad suburban growth in many metropolitan areas, and eventual policy actions.

Its not any one thing, but a system of many things working against malls in a variety of manners:

  • The distance of malls from city centers stemming from white flight
  • Real estate development costs
  • Tax benefits and subsidies
  • The availability of online shopping and delivery
  • The appearance of super marts like Walmart, typically in other rural or suburban areas
  • Easier access to entertainment through the internet, social media, and mobile devices
  • Changing social norms
  • COVID

All practical options are extralegal.

I know I've been asking myself if I want to stick around to see what happens, but I dunno if I have the courage to turn the gun on myself. I'd drink myself to death, if I had any booze around.

My 5G coverage isn't good, it may be time for another COVID shot.

Nothing happened here on June 5th, 1989.

I seriously think "Just Stop Oil" is a Koch Industries psyop because I've never seen so many random acts of cringe backfire this badly

I have just had a rough week at work due to some difficult deadlines that none of my senior managers are willing to hear out, and we lost some additional developers due to a layoff. I'm really stressed

I can't believe I have to defend reddit for once.

alt text: A "xit" from user @ChrpngBrd in which he responds to another "xit" from @BlueBoxDave that says "If Israel falls then America falls. It's that simple." @ChrpngBrd's response is a thumbs up emoji, and two stills from The Simpsons S02E19 "Lisa's Substitute." In which, the first image is Martin Prince putting up a poster saying "A vote for Bart is a vote for Anarchy!" and the second image is Bart Simpson putting up a poster that says "A vote for Bart is a vote for Anarchy!"
