yeah I was at a place with that. The times I did not bring something I took the opportunity to enjoy walking to a place but it was a downtown job so no driving necessary.
we don't collect enough taxes as is.
I keep on thinking of the mad tv skit with the woman who says she can't understand people with accents.

Yeah the place specific delivery is usually not to bad I mean in particular the internet ones like grubhub. Im sorta aware of the discounts but im fed up with that model. I do wonder if it will work for them long term as im not sure how many folks will do it without the discount whereas uber and airbnb that can sorta compete because they are a tax dodge there is no real tax advantage gurbhub and ilk can lean on to compete with folks just picking it up themselves. I think they are hoping to decimate the pizza and chinese places drivers.
still get comments about it. which drives me nuts. usually I ask who the best president was and how they compare to actual american presidents. I find these folks have a litmus test of an imaginary figure they somehow think is going to come to be. Its great to strive for that but when its decision time you have to go with who will be better from the choices you got.
sorry for the double reply. It sorta falls apart in the end given the different circumstances. I have to say I do love how they complain so much and that makes me think of our modern day to. Seems like people complain when things are good and seek change even when things are somewhat good and the change is pretty obviously going to be worse.
