Own outright. That means pay off the mortgage. To get there I purchase at a price I can get a 15 year mortage but actually get a 30 year mortgage with the intention of paying as if its a 15. Take a few months at 30 to build up an emergency fund but once its well funded do the pay like its a 15 thing. Back off during emergencies. Im unemployed and reducing my expenses to bare bones. This means getting a place much poorer than the typical person at your income level. If you can't afford doing this expect to be underwater during a crises.

I will reiterate that in the last few months the online things I watch have had a massive uptick in military recruitment ads. I have had this in comments here and there and I would get a few. Well they were behind and just catching up but common. The timing. You know what the best recruiting tool is. Not having any viable options for work.

I like this guy recognizes that planning for the next election only works if there is a next election.

Definitely a sad story and why I think right to die is so important. Im curious if anyone has been close to someone with alzeimers and not walk away wanting a right to die for themselves in the right circumstances.

Thing about listing vampire the masquerade is that the various areas of the world of darkness are different enough that only looking at the vampires is rather limited. Some glaring absences are star frontiers. They have traveler for space but man star frontiers is a lot like looking at old school dnd. Then both the marvel and dc games each had a take that is so influenced by the way the world stories read. Marvel with its levels of success and DC using a logrithmic type scale to deal with the massive power differences of superman and robin. Then what pathfinder has done with its second edition should not be missed especially since it can be looked over for no cost at archives of nethys and pathfinder society play itself is interesting to see how its organized.

I played amber at a con and it was incredibly fun. I was first in strength and another guy decided to take a chance as he was second in strength and grab me and I got to you a classic. You dare challenge my power!

champions was amazing. only need stadard dice and the one hardcover book could cover any genre although some took a lot of work by the dm. had a guy in college run a fantasy game with it and used the variable power pool for spellcasters (limitation of having to use found or figured out spells). he would allow people to make custom races as long as the points added up. basically he met with each person and asked them what they would like to do with the only limits being points and he would help them figure out the build for the race and the class and etc. it was pretty cool. gurps was great but the books were unending. hero system had a lot of books but the champions hardcover could handle everything, again if you put in the work.

was gonna say. anyplace were the common folk are gushing over the honesty and wisdom of their leader is likely not a real democracy and I would want to stay far away. My highest regard tends to be best of what has been.

I mean we have north korea and russia. Once you can't suck any more out of the country you expand it if you can to suck out of more. If you take over the world im not sure where you go from there. Guess you hire musk at that point.

I would like to know the the total cost of all these government lawsuits.

I think its the first time baby angel demons have been seen. The demon/angel population is really booming in the strip.

I think in the past I mentioned the artist puts in a comment on the site and often a different comment in the rollover text. If you like the comic todays is a particularly good one to go to the site for https://thedevilspanties.com/ Also I once again posted this initially to a wrong community. I have no idea how I manage to do these things.

This is a rare departure from the usual setting.

I find the youngest baby kid trying to brush the husbands hair to be funny.

So I started using piefed last weekend so I used it for a week including bumper weekends. I think I will make this my main but I have to say my feelings on it are very love/hate. Im really surprised at how conflicted I am.

The good: The setting options. Wow. Being able to tell it how to react to NSWF tags is the main reason this will become my maine. At some point in the future I think the thresholds may become useful but I put them massively high as I would like for now to turn it off. The federation is small enough still its unnecessary but again will likely be handy in the future. I love the keyword options and also a big reason to make it my main. Oh and being able to make bot posts semi-transparent. Huge. Its also great the way so many options can be done from the three button interface of every post in the feed. Oh and seeing a bit of the body of posts in the feed. Huge.

The bad: Its great you can do stuff from the three dot menu of posts but it stinks you can't seem to do it anywhere else. Im used to from mbin being able to have a block button when im at a url, or a community, or a user and it feels wierd having to go to the three dot of one of the posts to get there. Im used to being able to click to see all communities rather than having to go to a post and click on it there. Getting to the list of communities is just obtuse with several steps. It would be great if these things could be done in both ways though as I really like being able to do a lot without leaving the feed, but also sometimes its nice to have all the options about a thing when your on its main page be it user or community or such. This part is really a trunoff and why I get the love hate. I love all the options and what I can do but the interface sorta turns me off because of the simple one clicks that are not present.

The ugly: Surprisingly the grouping thing is really cool but I find it in the end not so useful. As the federation stands now I like to puruse all with some exceptions. Sure it was easy enough to not get sports stuff by not choosing the group but some other things just have to be blocked. Like I don't like communities that are by and large meme postings but those can be strewn about communities. I like gaming but I block communities about games I have no interest in. I want fediverse meta stuff but don't care for smartphones so any of the ones about specific apps I still have to block. In the end it means the grouping thing which I think is piefeds main stick. It did very little for me. I also find I still have to block communities in languages I can't communicate in that bleed through the language preference.

Just to reiterate. All said and done I think this will become my main.

Granted I would like to live in a more civil society and I thought we were at least going in that direction for about half my life but the rate we have been falling in the second half has been very sobering.

Have not heard one this good since the united healthcare one.

I think this is the first occurrence of other peoples angels but I could be wrong.

Not just a bit of snow mind you. We are talking a couple of inches. So not some flurries or a slight coating. Thats it. Just had to share.

I find todays hilarious. I really need to find someone who kept better notes.

I assume she knows everything in the area is not sprayed with any type of *acide.

This comic does not normally have titles, but this one does.
