Why is she putting sauce in the cereal?

Man I'm so Jealous right now, the Steam Deck looks so cool, I kind of wish I could get one, I hear they're great for emulation (better than the Switch is), plus I've already grown tired of my Switch Library. I should try and get one soon, I hear the OLED one is a major upgrade from the OG one.

I'm not sure why people think reptiles are slimy, they're not, their skin feels more leathery or like smooth plastic or vinyl. Hardly what I would call slimy. Amphibians are slimy, which makes sense since amphibians have permeable skin but reptiles have impermeable skin (it's actually more impermeable than ours) so it stands to reason that to would not feel wet or slimy at all, and they pretty much don't.

I would disagree though that pythons feel smooth, they do still have that rough reptilian feel, they don't don't feel gross though, at least I don't think so. If you have Herpetophobia you might disagree with my take.

What? I don't understand.

I like the aesthetic of both of these outfits equally but I would prefer to wear the one on the left bc hoodies are warm and comfy. Also I never really liked netting like on the right, it's uncomfortable to me.

Of coarse, being a Femboy is 100% valid. I know what the post is implying and I'm acknowledging people who identify as male being GNC and liking cute stuff are still valid as their identity, despite some people suggesting otherwise (not saying you're doing it by the way). I know that egg culture is very much a problem for GNC people and I'd just like to say, give it a rest, don't they go through enough already, be supportive of them, that means respecting their identity, even if it contradicts your idea of gender stereotypes i.e. a boy who chooses to dress and act cute and feminine but still identifies as male. The important part is how they identify, not how they present.

Oh and I know that people are going to say "But FirstMajesticComet, there's a line between being a Femboy and being transfem" I would say yes, yes there is, and it's determined by how they identify, gender identity is self-deterministic, it's not an outside factor, it's true because the person says it is. Fighting or arguing against it is invalidating and disrespectful to their identity, keep that in mind.

Here's a chart showing presentation and how they identify, notice that presentation does not affect or determine identity in this:

I apologize if my comment seemed harsh and cold towards the OP specifically, I have no ill intentions towards them as a person, or even their actions here. I only seek to show how it is important to recognize and respect the identities of GNC people and not crush or invalidate them inadvertently (or intentionally if you think they're "in-denial", it's still invalidating them because you're not respecting who they say they are) they do not deserve this kind of treatment. Remember the golden rule, treat others the way you want to be treated.

I'm not a fan of this mentality, crying isn't feminine it's what you do or should to when you feel bad and need to let it out. The idea that it's a feminine or unmanly thing to do is really toxic because crying is something we should all do when we need to, otherwise we bottle up the negative emotions which isn't healthy and doesn't feel good.

Just so you guys know that's 113 pounds (51.23 kg) of mercury, he's not just a weakling, that is very heavy even for stronger people.

I don't think they have, but I would imagine that it's based on what they think of themselves or call themselves.

Although I also imagine that they might just say that your name can't be changed and that the first name given is the "true" name, which seems dumb but that's good old Japanese traditionalism for you.

Pretty sure most coins aren't magnetic so the reaction would be much more underwhelming than shown here, the coins on their own though would very likely obstruct your intestines.

Blahaj.zone isn't run by the Devs of Lemmy, they could easily block both Lemmygrad and lemmy.ml if they wanted. They just choose not to for some reason.

Pro tip: There are tools specifically made for opening jars so even if they do that, just get one of these tools and you'll never have to ask someone else to open a jar for you again. There are also ones that work with different sized Jars and even twist off bottle caps as well.

Here are some pictures of them by the way (in case anyone is in doubt of their existence):

A standard traditional one (this is what I have)

This one is marketed as "arthritis friendly"

This one is an alternative one similar to the first but with a different method of selecting size.
