man, the best part of any anime is when the good natured protagonist is pushed too far and deals some justice on the annoying twerp of an opponent.

Can’t wait for the next arc of “Ignored for 4 years, now I am being popular in 3 weeks because of Grandpas?!” to hit the shelves.

Marcille-ass dungeon-meshi sketch all like “I can just order grub hub if I need it.”

One Piece. It deserves all the praise it gets.

It may be apocryphal, but supposedly one of my brother’s elementary school teachers was going on one day about how it’s impossible to see the moon during daylight and a kid pointed out the window and said “it’s right there.”

Seems pretty stupid but knowing where I grew up I don’t disbelieve it happened.

I didn’t say both parties are the same. I said democrats are mostly center-right corporate mouthpieces.

Republicans are a blend of white nationalist fascists and straight-up deranged ghoulish lunatics.

And both of them don’t do any of that. Maybe small instances on the dems’ side but really you’re fooling yourself if you think the Democratic Party is anything but a center-right corporate mouthpiece.

Sorry dude but he’s not doing shit. He’s busy buying random shit in my hometown and enjoying not working like 99% of the entitled rich transplants that priced out all the locals there.

We need to return to the office though.

It was completely devoid of humor, and was clearly written by someone who had never actually watched the thing they were satirizing. I feel like that’s a pretty good reason to not like it.

There are a million genuine articles of badly dubbed, stupid and hilariously cheap kung fu movies out there, Kung Pow was like if Coke decided to make an off-brand Mr. Pibb.

As a fan of genuine hong kong kung fu cinema growing up, this remains one of the few films I had to stop watching about 15 minutes in—was clear whoever made the movie had never actually seen a kung fu film. To add insult to injury the dvd decided to hide itself under a pile of magazines causing me and my brother to pay extra on a massive late fee because of it. I hate that movie.

That show was already great and season 2 delivered and then some. Sure at points it feels kinda star wars-y but you can tell the creators really love Star Trek. The fact it was so unceremoniously cancelled then dumped really shows how out of touch studio executives are with the IP’s they own. Especially considering how god awful the final season of Discovery was (l mostly liked that show but Season 5 really leaned into every weak point of the series and jacked it up to 11).

Anyway, I am annoyed we’ll likely never get a 3rd season of Prodigy—and even if we do it likely will lose the lightning they caught with the first two seasons. If y’all have been sleeping on it, please check it out.

You can’t have a shower thought outside a shower so how can it be that thoughts in a shower are outside in the shower?

Bear with me, if you have a shower thought outside is it in a shower if you’re showering?
