Organizations and people are not that interchangeable for these purposes. Workflows, institutional memory, leadership all matter. That's why targeted assassinations of leadership even in cell-like structures can meaningfully disrupt e.g. terrorist organizations' effectiveness. Ah, ja, kann ich nachvollziehen. Ich glaub ich koennt mir noch ne konzeptuell-begriffliche Unterscheidung zwischen "Krankheit" und einer aehnlichen Kategorie die mehr Betonung aufs Chronische legt vorstellen, daher hat die reduktivistische Seite mich da mehr gestoert.

Aber ja: Selbst wenn ueberall natuerlich gesellschaftlich konstruierte Strukturen ne Rolle spielen, sei es nur in einem abstrakten Ressourcensinn gibts Zeugs wo ADHS et al einfach in sich nachteilhaft sind. Wenn ich das Licht am Morgen nutzen moechte ist es hinderlich wenn ich rigide Arbeitszeiten habe, aber selbst wenn mir niemand da reinfunkt muss ich meine Zeit trotzdem erfolgreich mehrtaegig koordinieren. Oder wenn ichs verpenne Pflanzen zu giessen kratzense halt ab. Und man kann dann zwar sagen dass es da Unterstuetzung geben sollte, und in gewissem Rahmen waer das richtig, aber es transformiert das Ziel dennoch.
