Nothing personal against the communities, and sure, it’s an exercise on patience, but after some time, the results become noticeable as my feed gets fine-tuned into what I want to see.

Do you mean downvoting or blocking the communities? There is no feed fine-tuning based on downvotes on Lemmy, so if you don't see those communities in All after a while it means the community members just stopped posting altogether, not that the community got hidden from you.

Which one is the last week post complaining about this? It feels like it hasn't been brought up for at least a month

Enjoy reading about linux and Kamala Harris forever, reddit morons.

That escalated quickly

Also !newcommunities@lemmy.world for people looking for niche communities

rss reader, Google news, Flipboard

Those do not have votes. That's the main feature of a link aggregator: to get crowdsourced voting on content.

I post a lot, a lot of those articles don't need any comments, usually the article preview is enough for the readers to get a gist of what is going to be discussed in the article.

At least the latter one is just showing which instances the named instance has defederated from, not which instances have defederated from the named instance.

You are correct, I don't why they called it reverse, it's confusing

Here's the search I wanted: https://fba.ryona.agency/?domain=Lemmy.ml

So, has anyone given it a try?
